Children's Privacy

Why this page exists

Our games are calm and non-violent, and younger players are welcome in them. That brings obligations under COPPA in the United States, the GDPR in Europe, and the Google Play Families policy — so this page states plainly what we do.

What we do not do

In every Sibad title, for players of every age:

  • No advertising, no ad SDKs, no advertising identifiers.
  • No cross-app or cross-site tracking of any kind.
  • No selling or sharing of personal data.
  • No social features that let a stranger contact a player.
  • No behavioural profiling, and no use of data to train models.

There is no “child mode” that removes tracking, because there is no tracking to remove.

What we collect from younger players

The same minimal set described in the Privacy Policy, and nothing extra: an account identifier if the player signs in, gameplay progress, purchase receipts, and crash diagnostics.

We do not ask a player’s age, name, photograph, precise location, or contact details, and we do not require an account to play.

We do not knowingly collect personal data from a child under 13 — or the equivalent age where you live — without verifiable parental consent. Because our games can be played entirely without an account, most younger players never provide personal data at all.

If a child has created an account and you are their parent or guardian, you can ask us to show you what we hold, to delete it, or to stop collecting anything further.

Purchases

In-app purchases are handled by Apple or Google, not by us. Both platforms provide parental controls that require approval before a purchase completes, and we recommend turning them on:

  • iOS — Settings → Screen Time → Content & Privacy Restrictions → iTunes & App Store Purchases.
  • Android — Google Play → Settings → Authentication → Require authentication for purchases.

Refunds are requested through Apple or Google.

For parents and guardians

To see, correct or delete data held about your child, write to [email protected] from an address you can be reached at, and tell us the game and the account. We reply within 30 days and will not charge you.

If you tell us we have collected data from a child without consent, we will delete it promptly.
